Logline: An independent, young widow is unwilling to open her heart again until the new loner in town strikes an intriguing chord.
Synopsis: Since losing her husband to the war overseas, Merri Holiday, an up-and-coming graphic artist, has neatly shelved her heart and Christmas spirit next to the butterfly clips she wore in middle school. Instead, Merri focuses all her attention on Note-Worthy, the stationery shop she owns and runs. If she stays focused, she could win a prestigious card design contest and expand her business and brand.
Such plans could be thwarted when her store Santa is a no-show. No pics would mean no custom photo cards during the busy holiday season. Frazzled, Merri mistakes Kee Parker, an attractive musician who chats with his saxophone, for her tardy Santa. Perplexed but amused by Merri’s error, Kee, in town to help his injured uncle run the local Post Office, dons the suit, has fun with the crowd, and finds himself smitten with the radiant shop owner.
With Christmas approaching, their paths cross often and they discover they have much in common. In addition to their penchant for banter, they discover they both enjoy a good cookie, fiercely love dogs, and are equally passionate about their creative endeavors.
Kee, who typically keeps a low profile emotionally, makes no bones about his growing feelings for Merri. Try as she might, even by picking fights, Merri realizes she can’t put the brakes on her heart. She realizes she’s falling for the enigmatic Kee who is dealing with a career crisis as well as some complicated issues from his past. Though things are heating up between them, Merri’s cheer turns to fear when Kee’s charming ex-girlfriend returns to town seeming to want to revive their past relationship.
A big mix-up has Merri believing Kee is out of her life for good, but with the spirit of Christmas enveloping them, Merri discovers the love of her life may be in the cards after all.

With her parents unable to help due to health issues, Noelle is throwing a grand Christmas Ball fundraiser to save the boat. She’s always been cautious in love, burned years ago by her teenage crush on Cash—who chose another girl, Tasha, over her. Now, Cash is back, as charming as ever, but with an ulterior motive: he wants to buy out The Harpur for a lucrative development deal.
Meanwhile, Nate arrives in town on business and strikes up an easy, warm connection with Noelle. What she doesn’t know is that Nate is actually Tasha—now fully transitioned. Seeing Noelle again stirs up old guilt in Nate, who had sabotaged her teenage romance out of fear and confusion. As they grow closer, Nate hesitates to reveal his past, especially when Cash swoops in, pushing for a rekindled romance. Unbeknownst to Noelle, Cash is actively sabotaging her fundraiser, making her trust him just enough to pull off a ruthless betrayal.
As the Ball unfolds, Noelle learns the truth—about Cash’s deception and Nate’s true identity. But before she can fully process everything, a distress call from a sinking yacht forces her into action. Rallying her guests, she sets sail on The Harpur for a daring Christmas Eve rescue, proving not only her own resilience but also the boat’s worth. In the end, Noelle must decide whom to trust, whom to forgive, and whether to take a leap of faith on the one person who’s risked everything to be honest with her.

Hatshepsut Queen to King
Synopsis: Hatshepsut, a brilliant and ambitious young woman, is thrust into a destiny of power and sacrifice. At just thirteen, her father, Pharaoh Thutmose I, tells her she is meant to rule Egypt, but at a great personal cost. To secure her kingdom’s future, she is forced into marriage with her dull and incapable stepbrother, a man she despises. Determined to protect Egypt from his incompetence, she vows not only to meet her father’s expectations but to surpass them.
As she rises to power, Hatshepsut finds both solace and passion in Senmut, a skilled architect whose admiration for her intellect and strength blossoms into a forbidden love. Their secret affair is one of the few joys in her life, but behind the palace walls, she endures cruelty. Her husband, insecure and fueled by jealousy, exerts his dominance in the worst ways, but she accepts it as the price of rule—just as her father warned.
Despite her personal suffering, Hatshepsut governs with wisdom, believing that Egypt’s prosperity can be achieved through diplomacy rather than war. When her husband pushes for expansion through bloodshed, she dissuades him by revealing she is pregnant. Yet fate does not grant her the son she hoped for—she gives birth to a daughter. Frustrated, she lashes out at her husband’s weakness, knowing that her position as a woman ruler is already precarious.
In secret, she bears a second child, this time fathered by Senmut. Knowing the child’s existence could be her downfall, she entrusts the baby to Senmut, who claims it as his own, raised by his family far from the palace. Meanwhile, she continues to solidify her legacy, commissioning grand architectural wonders, temples, and monuments that will stand the test of time.
But even as she proves herself a remarkable leader, Egypt turns against her. The male elite, unwilling to accept a woman on the throne, conspire against her. Betrayed by those closest to her, she is ultimately overthrown, her name and achievements systematically erased by her late husband’s vengeful son, Thutmose III. He orders her legacy destroyed, chiseling her image from history, but though they try to bury her name, her greatness refuses to be forgotten.
